The ammonium hydroxide listed above forms a salt of the polymer, which solubilizes
the polymer in water. The amount of free ammonia that may be present is below the de
minimus levels for disclosure. Toxicology studies of products containing similar levels
of polymer salt indicate that the products may be classified as non-hazardous.

Effects of Overexposure: Ingestion: May cause gastric disturbance if swallowed.

Spill Response: Caution – Spilled material can cause slippery surfaces. Ventilate area.
Wear protective equipment. Product contains ammonia. May be toxic
to aquatic life. Do not let spilled or leaking material enter watercourse.
Small Spills: Absorb with oil-dry or similar inert material. Sweep or scrape up and
containerize. Rinse affected area thoroughly with water.
Large Spills: Contain and collect for recovery and use or disposal.
Waste Disposal
Method: Dispose in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
regarding disposal of non-hazardous material.

Eye Protection: Safety glasses and/or face shield as handling conditions require.
Skin Protection: Liquid proof gloves such as PVC. Plastic or rubber
apron, if needed. Rubber boots for a large spill response.
Respiratory Protection: Not normally needed when ventilation is adequate.
Ventilation Recommended: Normal workplace ventilation. No special ventilation is
